D7 Recruitment was founded by Darren Hunter in October 2022 shortly after completing 23 years in the British Army with the Yorkshire Regiment. His dealings with recruitment companies whilst looking for work during his resettlement convinced him that there was a place in the market for a more ethical and honest approach.

D7 prides itself on ensuring only the Right Person with the Right Qualification balanced against an Appropriate Experience are put forward for placements. This ethos will not be compromised at any stage of the process.
