On leaving the forces he looked into numerous business and investment opportunities before a family member who works within Health and Safety and Construction advised him there was a gap in the market for an ethical, people focused recruitment solution.

After intensive market research and meetings with Industry professionals to confirm what he had been advised, D7 was formed. It was important to ensure industry knowledge of both recruitment and Health and Safety was achieved to add credibility to the brand.

D7 are also proud to announce; clients on exclusivity contracts will be offered a Health and Safety Consultant to conduct a gap analysis on permanent roles, produce an accurate job description and provide the D7 team with a detailed report to assist in finding the correct candidate. These some of the prework conducted to ensure all our people are best represented.

I’m extremely proud of what D7 have achieved in such a short space of time. We have started to corner the market by providing an honest, ethical approach, this approach as added us in securing affiliation with some of the leading companies within Europe.
